Welcome to Expertio (“we,” “our,” “us”). Expertio is a digital platform that connects professionals (“Experts”) with organizations or individuals (“Clients”) seeking specialized knowledge, mentorship, or consulting services.

By accessing or using our website, www.expertio.co (“Site”), or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Expertio.

  • You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to anyone who misuses the Platform.

2. User Accounts

  • Experts and Clients must create an account to access certain features.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

3. Expert Verification and Engagements

  • Experts may be asked to provide background information, references, or documentation for verification.

  • Expertio facilitates introductions but does not guarantee employment, engagement, or outcome quality.

  • All arrangements (scope, deliverables, and payment) between Experts and Clients are at their discretion unless processed through Expertio’s booking or payment system.

4. Payments

  • Payments between Clients and Experts may be processed via third-party services (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal).

  • Expertio may charge a service or transaction fee, disclosed prior to payment.

  • Experts are responsible for complying with local tax laws regarding their income.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All text, images, and software on the Platform are owned or licensed by Expertio.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

  • Experts retain ownership of their professional content but grant Expertio the right to display it for promotional purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or qualifications.

  • Use the Platform for spam, solicitation, or unauthorized data collection.

  • Circumvent payment processes or engage in off-platform transactions intended to avoid fees.

  • Upload or distribute unlawful, offensive, or defamatory material.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided “as is.”
Expertio makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any Expert or Client.
We are not responsible for any advice, information, or outcome arising from interactions between users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expertio and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State / Country].
